R.S. Walsh Landscaping, a full-service landscape design-build company, announces that Mariah Bakke has earned her Registered Landscape Architect license.
A native Iowan, Bakke joined R.S. Walsh Landscaping in 2015 after graduating from Iowa State University with a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture. Throughout her education she worked along research professors at Iowa State University Extension and Outreach gaining experience in community planning, walkability assessments, floodplain management, graphic design and illustration. While a student she also spent time working in Rome, Italy and Lima, Peru, where she gained a greater appreciation for distinct site elements and construction details.
